In Fort Madison, Iowa, we exude small-town charm with big-hearted hospitality. This weekend marks our 4th Annual Pride Festival, and we couldn’t be more excited! As always, this is a family-friendly celebration that brings our community together with joy, acceptance, and plenty of fun. Expect a mix of vendors, shopping, speakers, live music, and performances — and yes, this year, we’re adding even more magic to the mix.
What’s New This Year?
Riverside Pride has moved! Thanks to your incredible support over the past three years, this event has officially outgrown their original little street — and are thrilled to now host Riverside Pride at Central Park in the heart of Fort Madison. This spacious, beautiful venue gives more room to grow, celebrate, and gather as a community.
Pride is also partnering with Teal Butterfly Boutique to offer print-on-demand 2025 Pride Fest t-shirts! You can pre-order your shirt for pickup or have one custom-made during the festival. Wear your Pride and take home a special keepsake from this unforgettable day.

8:00 PM – The Quire of Eastern Iowa
8:15 PM – Family-Friendly Drag Show (subject to current legislation – updates will be posted here)
The event coordinators are closely monitoring developments regarding Iowa legislation that may impact the drag show performance. Their commitment is to provide a safe, inclusive, and legal space for family-friendly entertainment, and l will continue to update everyone on any changes as they arise.
